RETURN POLICY Welcome to Essentium3d.com. Essentium Inc. provides website features and other products and services to maximize our customer’s experience when doing business with us. Specifically, we provide a full returns and refunds service subject to the following conditions. Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. As long as the item is eligible and within 30 days of the original order, we can process your return or refund. If 30 days have passed since the purchase of your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any items purchased through a 3rd party reseller or distributor is not eligible for a refund or return directly to Essentium and must go directly through 3rd party reseller or distributor. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, Check your bank account. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this does not work, contact your bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is posted, so your refund could be awaiting you there. We would be happy to walk you through the process in greater detail. Sale items At this time, only regular priced items may be refunded, meaning that any on-sale items are not refund eligible. Exchanges If your item is damaged or defective and you would like to exchange it for a replacement, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and unfortunately, they will find out about your return. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping item(s) more $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
